We’re two women who grew up side-by-side in our grandmothers’ kitchens, stealing tastes of tomato sauce straight from the pot and kneading pasta dough before we were tall enough to reach the table. Those messy, happy afternoons are still our favorite memories, and they’re the reason this little cooking school exists.
Food, to us, is a love language. A steaming bowl of tagliatelle can tell a story better than words ever could about family, seasons, and the places we call home. So we opened our doors to anyone curious enough to step inside and taste it for themselves.
If you join one of our classes, plan on rolling up your sleeves. We’ll show you how to coax silkiness from flour and eggs, how to layer mascarpone and espresso until a tiramisù practically sings, and why a pinch of salt tossed at just the right moment can feel like magic. You’ll laugh, you’ll probably get flour in your hair, and by the time we sit down to eat, we’re willing to bet you’ll feel like part of the family.
